Abstract: The file contains papers regarding visa fees to be charged to natives of Oman and Muscat, and of Koweit [Kuwait], for proceeding to British territory.The papers mostly consist of correspondence between the following: the India Office; the Foreign Office; HM Minister, Tehran (Robert Henry Clive); HM Consul General, Meshed (Cyril Charles Johnson Barrett); and the Government of India Foreign and Political Department.The file includes a divider, which gives a list of correspondence references contained in the file by year.
