- Abstract: The file contains the following:a letter from Major Claude Edward Bremner, Political Agent, Muscat, to Lieutenant-Colonel Percy Gordon Loch, Political Agent, Bahrain, in which he reports the poor state of many of the town's mosques and enquires about any procedure of repair or removal that may have taken place in Bahrain;a reply from Loch in which he reports that he does not know of any ruined mosques that have been removed in Bahrain, commenting that to do such a thing would provoke strong feeling from the people.Folio 4 is internal office notes.Physical description: Foliation: the main foliation sequence (used for referencing) commences at the front cover with 1, and terminates at the inside back cover with 5; these numbers are written in pencil, are circled, and are located in the top right corner of the recto side of each folio.
