Each set of statistics is accompanied by covering notes from the Director of Customs and Port Officer, Bahrain to the Political Agent, Bahrain, and from the Political Agent, Bahrain to the Indian Government Trade Commissioner, Alexandria, Egypt, with corresponding acknowledgements.
