The correspondents are: the Government of Bombay; Lieutenant Colonel Henry Robertson, Officiating Resident in the Persian Gulf; the Government of India; Captain Samuel Hennell, Resident in the Persian Gulf; and Thomas Mackenzie, Acting Assistant Resident in the Persian Gulf.
