Abstract: The file contains a letter from the Foreign Office to the India Office, communicating the desire of Viscount Halifax, Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, that facilities for safe passage should be extended to Mr Fazlollah Nabil, Counsellor of the Persian Legation in London, as he travels to Tehran with Legation documents.
