Abstract: This file consists primarily of a letter and a telegram draft. The letter from the Accountant-General, India Office, informs that the telegram was sent and asks for the refund of the cost of the telegram.The telegram was sent by Mr John Swire, agent at Bombay, India, to Mr Ashley Clark at the Foreign Office on 26 January 1943.
