Abstract: Correspondence regarding the provision of a £75,000 grant of assistance by the Government of India to the Afghan Government, and arrangements for the supply of arms and ammunition. The correspondents are: the Government of India's Foreign and Political Department; HM Envoy and Minister at Kabul (Richard Maconachie); the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs; and the Afghan Minister for Foreign Affairs.The file includes a divider which gives a list of correspondence references contained in the file by year.
