The file’s principal correspondent is HM’s Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary at Tehran, Robert Henry Clive, Hughe Montgomery Knatchbull-Hugessen, Horace James Seymour and Reader William Bullard.The file includes a divider, which gives a list of correspondence references contained in the file by year.
