- Abstract: This memorandum continues on from IOR/L/PS/18/C29/1. It includes transcripts of select telegrams sent by the Viceroy of India (Edward Robert Bulwer Lytton) to the India Office between 1 January and 13 March 1880 on the subject of Persia and Herat.
