The main correspondents are: the Government of Bombay; George Hamilton-Gordon, 4th Earl of Aberdeen, Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs; James Stuart Fraser, Resident at Hyderabad; and W Harrison, Registrar of the Bombay Sudder Foujdaree Adawlut [Sadr Faujdari Adalat, criminal court].
