Abstract: A copy of a letter from Brigadier-General John Malcolm, Envoy of the Supreme Government of India to Persia [Iran], to the Secret Committee of the Court of Directors of the East India Company, sent from a Royal camp at Sooltania [Soltaniyeh] and dated 2 July 1810.
