Abstract: A copy of a letter from Meerza Sheffea [Mīrzā Muḥammad Shafī' Māzandarānī], Prime Minister of Persia, to the Grand Vizier of the Ottoman Empire [Kör Yusuf Ziyaüddin Pasha], undated (in French).
