Abstract: Translation of a paper presented by HM Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary to Persia [Iran], Sir Harford Jones, to Persian ministers regarding the admittance of Brigadier-General Sir John Malcolm to the Royal Camp of the Shah of Persia [Fath-Ali Shāh Qājār], at Soltaniyeh.
