Abstract: A translation of a note from Henry Willock, HM Chargé d'Affaires in Persia [Iran], to the Kaem Mukam [Mīrzā Abūl Qāsem Qāem Maqām Farāhānī, Vizier to the Crown Prince of Persia], undated.The letter concerns the arrears in subsidy payments to Persia.The letter was enclosed in Willock’s letter to the Secret Committee of the Court of Directors of the East India Company dated 29 August 1821 (IOR/L/PS/9/69/71).Physical description: Condition: the letter was perforated in an attempt to stop the spread of disease.
