Abstract: A translation of a note from the Kaem Mukam [Mīrzā Abūl Qāsem Qāem Maqām Farāhānī, Vizier to the Crown Prince of Persia], to Henry Willock, HM Chargé d'Affaires in Persia [Iran], undated.The letter concerns arrears in subsidy payments to Persia.The letter was enclosed in Willock’s letter to the Secret Committee of the Court of Directors of the East India Company dated 29 August 1821 (IOR/L/PS/9/69/71).Physical description: Condition: the letter was perforated in an attempt to stop the spread of disease.
