Abstract: The translation of a letter from the Prime Minister of Persia [Iran], the Aussef ed Dowlah [Allah Yar Khan Qajar Davallu, Asif al Dawlah] to the East India Company Envoy to Persia, Lieutenant-Colonel John Macdonald Kinneir.
