Abstract: Translation of a letter from Hussan Khan Sirdar [Ḥasan Qulī Khān Qājār] to the Prince Royal, Abbas Meerza [Crown Prince of Persia, ʿAbbās Mīrzā Qājār]. The letter concerns the ongoing war between Persia [Iran] and Russia in the Caucasus [Russo-Persian War, 1826-1828], detailing a battle between Hussan Khan Sirdar’s troops and an army led by the Russian General [Konstantin Khristoforovich] Benkendorf.
