- Abstract: Translation of a letter from the East India Company Envoy to Persia [Iran] Lieutenant-Colonel John Macdonald Kinneir to the Moatemed ed Dowleh [Mīrzā ‘Abd al-Wahhāb Nishāṭ Iṣfahānī Mu‘tamid al-Dawlah], Persian Minister.The letter concerns peace talks at Dookughan [Azarshahr] between the Prince Royal of Persia [Crown Prince of Persia, ʿAbbās Mīrzā Qājār] and General Paskewitch [Ivan Fyodorovich Paskevich-Erivansky, Governor-General of Georgia].
