Abstract: Letter and Enclosure to HM Secretary of State for India, dated 6 December 1871.The letter encloses a report by the Agent at Cabul [Kabul], on the intentions of the Amir of Afghanistan in relation to Seistan [Sistan]. The Amir had given stringent orders to his dependent rulers not to allow any of their subjects to cause disturbances on the Seistan border.
