It is the first in a series of five items.The item concerns the appointment of Captain Arnold Burrowes Kemball to replace Lieutenant-Colonel Samuel Hennell as Resident in the Persian Gulf, and the appointment of Lieutenant Herbert Frederick Disbrowe to replace Kemball as Assistant to the Resident in the Persian Gulf.
