The correspondents are: the Government of Bombay; Captain Arnold Burrowes Kemball, Political Resident in the Persian Gulf; Hajee Jassem [Ḥājjī Jāsim], British Agent at Bahrein [Bahrain]; and Ahmed [Aḥmad], Government Agent at Lingah [Bandar-e Lengeh].
