The correspondents are: the Government of Bombay; Captain Arnold Burrowes Kemball, Political Resident in the Persian Gulf; and Colonel Justin Sheil, Her Majesty’s Ambassador at Tehran. It is the second in a series of five items.The item concerns the payment of customs duties by British merchants importing and exporting merchandise to and from Persia [Iran].
