The letter concerns a shipment of cannonballs from India requested by the Pashaw of Bagdad [Büyük Sulaymān Pāshā, Governor of Baghdad].2. A copy of a letter from the Government of Bombay to Soleyman Pasha of Bagdad, dated 23 June 1801.
