- Abstract: This part of the volume consists of copies of enclosures to a despatch from the Government of Bombay Secret Department to the Secret Committee, Number 93 of 1840, dated 31 October 1840. The enclosures are numbered 3-244 and are dated 13 January to 31 October 1840. Enclosure numbers 20-31, 121-26, 234-37, and 241-43, listed in the abstract of contents, are not included in this item, as noted on folio 261.
