The volume was published by P S King & Son at Orchard House, Westminster, London, 1903.Inserted into the volume, probably for promotional purposes, is a flyer advertising a book from the same publisher, entitled 'Parliament: Its Romance, Its Comedy, Its Pathos' (folio 17).Physical description: Foliation: the foliation sequence (used for referencing) commences at the front cover with 1, and terminates at the inside back cover with 33; these numbers are written in pencil, are circled, and are located in the top right corner of the recto side of each folio.
