Covers the southern Hejaz in present-day Saudi Arabia, from the Red Sea coast to 160 miles inland, and includes routes to Mecca from, notably, Medina, Jidda [Jeddah] and Yenbo. Portrays hydrology, relief by spot heights and hachures, depth by soundings, railways, roads and tracks, telegraphs, settlements and place names, and includes topographical and navigational notes.
