Abstract: This part of the volume consists of enclosures to a despatch from the Government of Bombay Secret Department to the Secret Committee, Number 12 of 1841, dated 27 February 1841. The enclosures are dated 26 November 1840 to 27 February 1841.The enclosures consist of correspondence relating to the steam flotilla on the Euphrates (also referred to as the Euphrates Expedition).
