The rukum praises Aga Hossein for his recent conduct in an affair at Constantinople [Istanbul] concerning the Persian Ambassador to France, Askar Khan Afshar, and the Persian Ambassador to the Ottoman Empire, Mirza Amin (see also IOR/L/PS/9/68/91).
